Conducted webinar “EAT TO BEAT DISEASES ” on 27th October 2020

The Department of Electrical & Electronics , Lourdes Matha College of Science and Technology organized an On The Job Training programme for the students of Olathanni Vocational Higher secondary School from 3rd to 11th and 16th to 19th January 2018 .

As part of the OJT, various talks and lab sessions were conducted by the department. Prizes were given to the winners of quiz competition conducted as a part of OJT.

As a token of appreciation the team of VHSS, Olathanni gave memento to the college and to the Department of EEE.

The Department of Electrical & Electronics , Lourdes Matha College of Science and Technology organised a 5 day Faculty Development Program on “Enhancing Soft Skills for Effective Teaching” from 8th – 12th January 2018.

The inauguration commenced with a welcome address by Dr. V Syam Prakash , Principal, LMCST . Prof Revathy Sasidharan , Coordinator gave a brief insight of the program. Rev father Dr. Jose Viruppel delivered the presidential address. The event was formally inaugurated by Dr. Kuncheriyah P Isaac (former VC, PJ Abdul Kalam Technological University) followed by a key note address by Dr. Devdas Menon (Prof. IIT Madras). Dr.PM Hormese , Director, LMCST, and Er. Philip John , Secretary, LMCES gave the felicitation address. Prof. Swapna M, HoD, Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering concluded the event with the vote of thanks.

The sessions were handled by Prof. Devdas Menon, IIT Madras, Dr. Justin Padamadan, Clinical Psychologist, Jubilee Hospital & Consultant in Family Court, Dr. S Radhakrishnan, former Joint Director , DTE, Mr. Pradeep S, Knowledge Officer, ICT Academy , Kerala and Prof. Ignatious CA, Retd Deputy Director, VSSC and NLP Trainer.
