T K Jose, Additional Chief Secretary, Local Governance Department, said that the Catholic Students Movement (CSM) should be able to rise to the leadership level of the community through value-added education. He gave the keynote address at the inauguration of the CSM at Kuttichal Lourdes Matha Group of Institutions and spoke about the plans to be co-ordinated by the Local Self Government and higher education.
