The placement cell of the department is continously active in promoting placements, that help students to work in their areas of interest. The major placement acquisitions were from companies-NewAgeSys solutions, Kotak, HDFC, EY, Guide house, Hiyamee and Zyoin.

Lourdes Matha institute of management studies (LMIMS) organized Christmas celebration on 23 ^rd December 2021. The event was coordinated and organized by Ms. Ancy A (Assistant Professor LMIMS) and Third semester MBA students.

The Department of Management Studies organized a Management Fest named Decerto on 28 March 2019 and 29 March 2019. The champions of the event was CET School of Business, Trivandrum.

The Department of Management Studies collaborated with XIME on academic matters on 20 March 2019. As a part of the collaboration, Prof. Alok K has been entrusted as the Dean of MBA department.
