It’s time for a gathering!!!
LOMAA in its continuous efforts to facilitate the interaction among alumni of LMCST, is organizing the global LOMAA Alumni Meet ’22 (General Body Meet) on Sunday, 17th July, 2022.
This is to extend our most affectionate invitation to attend the meet and make it a grand success with your support and active participation. We also cordially invite you to bring your spouse and children.

The Lourdes Matha Alumni Association(LOMAA) was formed in the year 2007. The mission of LOMAA is to create a strong, supportive, and visible global community that benefits alumni, alma mater and the society. The members of LOMAA are alumni of Lourdes Matha College of Science and Technology(LMCST). Executive committee of LOMAA consist of President(Principal, LMCST), Vice President(alumnus/alumna), Secretary(Faculty), Joint Secretary(alumnus/alumna), Treasurer(Faculty), Immediate Past Secretary and seven executive members(alumnus/alumna). Election of executive committee members except President is done during Annual General body meeting. General body meeting is conducted every year as decided by the LOMAA executive committee. Annual LOMAA meet includes events such as Guruvandanam, First Year BTech topper award distribution , Research award distribution and cultural events. LOMAA provides scholarships for LMCST students as per the decision and approval of LOMAA executive committee. LOMAA also gives prior importance to the improvement of facilities in alma mater.
Global LOMAA Meet-2021!!!
Annual LOMAA (LourdesMatha Alumni Association) Meet for the period 2020-2021, Global LOMAA Meet-2021 was conducted on 13th March 2021(Saturday) at Lourdes Matha College of Science and Technology, Kuttical adhering to the Covid-19 protocol, in a hybrid mode which provided the opportunity for LOMAA members across the globe to attend the meeting LIVE through Zoom, Facebook, and YouTube.Mar Joseph Perumthottam, Archbishop of Changanacherry delivered the benedictory address. Mar Thomas Tharayil, Auxiliary Bishop of Archdiocese of Changanacherry presided the function and delivered the presidential address. Very. Rev.Dr.Thomas Padiyath, Vicar General & President LMCES blessed the function. Rev.Dr. Tomy Joseph Padinjareveettil, Manager & Director LMCST welcomed the gathering. Dr. Kuncheria P. Isaac, former Vice-Chancellor KTU inaugurated the function. Mr.Gilroy Mathew, Vice President, UST Global delivered the keynote address. Rev.Dr.Sony Mundunadackal, Executive Director LMCST, Rev. Fr. Avies Edachethra, Bursar, LMCST, and Rev.Fr.Varghese Nambimadam boy’s hostel warden have felicitated the gathering. The Principal of LMCST, Dr.P.P.Mohanlal, (President LOMAA) presented the annual report for the year 2020-21. Five faculty members who received Ph.D. degrees were honored during the event. The ever-rolling trophy and cash prize sponsored by LOMAA was given to the B.Tech first-year topper (2020). About two hundred alumni members attended the meeting at the college and online through Zoom. New office bearers were elected by the general body. Alumni shared their experience and presented cultural activities through offline and online modes. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Jibu, Executive committee member, and buffet with college musical band performance.
