Student Chapter of Trivandrum Management Association was inaugurated in our college on 12th April, 2017. Dr. Syam Prakash , Principal presided over the function which was inaugurated by Dr.K.C.Chandrasekharan Nair, Vice president TMA & MD Dheerkayush Hospitals , Kottayam.

TMA activities were narrated by Sri. B.S.Basanth Kumar, IT head , Asianet news and special talk was delivered by Sri. Sreekanth P Krishnan, Chairperson Management Development Programe TMA. Our Secretary Sri. Philip John addressed the gathering.

Dr. K.Kumara Pillai, Professor, MBA was nominated as President and Miss. Priyamol Abraham as Secretary of the student chapter of the TMA.

A motivational talk on ‘Opportunities for fresh graduates’ by Mr. Ajay Antony, Vice President, National Operations, T.I.M.E. Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad was organized on 10.04.17 at LMCST.

Lourdes Matha College of Science and Technology in association with Kerala State council for Science Technology and Environment and All India Council for Technical Education is organizing a National Conference on Technology Innovation in Mechatronics, Energy Management and Intelligent Communication (NCTIMEMIC’17) on April 6th and 7th 2017.

As a gesture of charity Alumini Association of Lourdes Matha College of Science and Technology (LOMAA) has donated Rs one lakh to “ASRAYA”, a renowned organization for helping cancer patients in RCC, Trivandrum.

The cheque was handed to “Asraya” by Rev Vicar General of Changanacherry Arch Diocese, Dr Mani Puthiyidom, President of LMCES on 06/06/14 at Lourde Church PMG.

The following Office Bearers of LOMAA Prof. James Kattady (Principal of LMCST & President, LOMAA), ArunSekhar (VicePresident , LOMAA), Aswin P Chandran (Secretary , LOMAA), Pratap Sreekantan Nair (Joint Secretary , LOMAA), Justin G Russel (Treasurer, LOMAA), Syam Kumar PJ, Devi VR, Ayyappan A, Monish MS were present.

Dr. Joseph Francis (Secretary, LMCES), Prof. John Kurian (Vice President, LMCES) and Prof. P.M Hormese (Director, LMCST) were also present to bless the occasion.
