Application Instructions
1.Online application form is for Management / NRI Seats.
2.Fill up the name as in your 10th standard Certificate. No change is allowed.
3.Fields Marked with “*” are mandatory. Do not submit the application without filling the mandatory fields.
4.Please Note that once the application is submitted, you cannot edit or modify the application.
5.Upload recent passport size photograph (150w x 200h).
6.You can make the payment of the Application fee of`500/- online using internet banking or credit/debit card through CCAvenue payment gateway.
7.Take a printout of the completely filled up application form and put the signatures wherever required.
8.The printed application with all relevant documents should send to the address

Self-attested copies of the following to be attached along with the application
1.10th Standard Pass Certificate for Proof of Date of Birth
2.Mark list of +2 (HSE/CBSE/ISC/Others)
3.KEAM Admit Card &KEAM Score Card or Score Sheet
4.Community Certificate for Christians from Parish Priest
